Policies

We strongly recommend booking your appointments in advance, so you can guarantee an appointment with the team member you wish to see.

Cancellation Policy
We work hard to value everyone’s time. We request that you give us 24 hours’ notice prior to canceling an appointment. If you miss an appointment without calling in advance, any future appointments will require services charged in advance to your credit card.

Salon Cancellations
On occasion, an Adara team member will experience an illness or emergency and must cancel their services for the day. In those instances, we will do everything in our power to not inconvenience you. This may involve booking your service with a different team member or rebooking at another time that fits into your schedule.

Extended Appointments
Any appointment expected to run for 3 hours or more will require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. If you do not show up to an extended appointment without a prior cancellation we must charge full price for all services reserved.

Children
We love children at Adara! We must remind you that a salon can be a risky place for a child that is not supervised. There are heated tools, cords, sharp objects, and other items that are not kid friendly. If little ones are with you, please keep an extra watchful eye on them.
